In order to orderly promote the pilot work of compliance reform for enterprises involved in cases and establish and improve the third-party supervision and evaluation mechanism for enterprise compliance, in accordance with the "Guiding Opinions on Establishing a Third-party Supervision and Evaluation Mechanism (Trial)" issued by nine ministries and commissions and the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Establishing a third-party Supervision and Evaluation Mechanism for Compliance of Enterprises Involved in Cases in Shishi City (Trial)", The People's Procuratorate of Shishi City has decided to publicly select and appoint professionals for the third-party supervision and assessment mechanism of the compliance of enterprises involved in cases.

Tianheng Honors | The Tianheng Lawyers' team won the first and second places in the
On the morning of November 19, 2022, the "First Xiamen Young Lawyers' Debate Competition", hosted by the Xiamen Lawyers Association and organized by the Young Lawyers' Working Committee of the Xiamen Lawyers Association, was successfully held at the Cultural and Tourism Center of Huli District. A total of 20 teams were selected from the entire city to participate in the competition. After intense debate and competition, our firm's young lawyer Liao Mingqi advanced to the preliminary round. The "Tianheng Team" composed of our firm's young lawyers Ye Hui, Li Rong, Li Xinyu and Lin Zhenpeng, as well as the "Black Peach A Team" led by our firm's lawyer Xie Qiaoyi, both made it to the final with their outstanding performances.
